A legal notice is a legal document which is sent by an advocate to give a chance to the wrongdoer to resolve the matter otherwise legal action will be taken against him. Legal notice is an initiation of legal action against anyone.

This notice’s objectives are to inform the company of the problem, ask for payment, or seek remedial action. If the issue does not get resolved, it can often serve as a prelude to legal action.
