It may be declared undisclosed only if:
The premises was never shown in GST registration records.
It was used for storing unaccounted goods.
Stock register mismatch found.
It was used for another taxable entity.
Amendment application was never filed formally (mere inspection does not substitute formal amendment in GST portal).
