► I am really stressed what should I do , will I never able to get job and clear DV bcz of this, On my SSC, HSC, and Leaving Certificate, my mother's first name(Sunita ) is mentioned as most school in Maharashtra record mother first name only . However, on my degree marksheets and degree certificate I mistakenly added my mother's full name (Sunita ramesh pawar) insted of first name and on my passport also her full name is mentioned. Because of this difference, I am confused about what I should do. It's already been 3 yrs since I graduated so correction is not possible , will it create problem while govt/ private job ? And while reissuing passport or work visa ? What is solution for this

Dear Client, as per your query, The legal consensus for resolving this discrepancy is to draw up a notarized affidavit on a ₹100 stamp paper stating "One and the Same Person," wherein you declare that all these different name variations ("Sunita" and "Sunita Ramesh Pawar") all refer to one and the same person. For maximum legal validity and to proactively satisfy government document verification (DV) or visa officers, you should also publish this statement in the Maharashtra Government Gazette and two local newspapers- one English and one Marathi language. While minor differences in format, such as including a full name, are considered clerical differences and not fraudulent, maintaining a "Gazette copy" provides you with a permanent legal shield that authorities will have to accept as definitive proof of identity. By being proactive, you will not suffer disqualification for jobs or delays in re-issuance of your passport, as Indian law and Passport Seva Kendra guidelines classify this type of discrepancy as curable through these official publications. I hope this answer is helpful. In case of further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank You.
