► i have taken a loan from credit++, lending partner of sampathi securities limited , amount recieved is 27800, due date is january 28th ,nach mandate.. i withdrawn mandate due to hardship , fearing with extra penalties if bounced, loan amount not paid, they filed a complaint at gujarat district magistrate court, who has inturn issued summons to attend for hearing on ma, due to financial hardship unable to appoint a lawyer oy 15thr go to gujarat.. how to deal this issue.
