Once your resignation is approved and you are officially relived from the CRPF, you no longer have a legal right to get your old job back. But in case you have resigned due to health releted reasons then you can send a legal notice to the competent CRPF authority through a lawyer, the document must highlight that you were compelled to resign due to illness under the CRPF Act, 1949 and its rules. In the event that your resignation from CRPF has been accepted and your application to be allowed to rejoin has been turned down by the Director General, CRPF, rejoining will not be your legal right.
