► मेरा नाम कन्हैया कुमार है। अररिया कोर्ट में A.C.J.M.-I, G.R. Police Case No. 1281/2012 से संबंधित Postmortem Report की certified copy के लिए Copying Department में आवेदन दिया था, जिसे यह कहते हुए reject कर दिया गया कि “Postmortem Report … has not been exhibited yet.”
कृपया बताएं, क्या केवल exhibit नहीं होने के आधार पर certified copy देने से मना करना कानूनी रूप से सही है? यदि नहीं, तो मुझे क्या करना चाहिए?
