I understand your legal query, based on your legal issue, I suggest that you do not fear the threats given by her, and no police can take action against you just because you had a relation with her husband prior to marriage and have old chats to show to the police. The police will call both the parties to the police station and asked the parties to solve the matter amicably and not to create disturbance for one another.
You do have the legal right to file a police Complaint against her in the nearest police station under Section 351 and 352 for Criminal Intimidation and Insulting and also include the harassment cause by her.
You also have the option of sending a legal notice to stop harassing you otherwise the case will be filed for defamation and mental harassment against her.
