Dear Client, as per your query, Yes, your title suit is covered under the Limitation Act, 1963. If your title suit is for a declaration of title and possession, it is generally 12 years from the date when the defendant's possession becomes adverse to your possession (Article 65). If your title suit is merely a declaratory suit without a claim for possession, it is generally 3 years from when your right to sue accrues (Article 58).
