Dear Client,
In order to minimize the chances of being defrauded, one should ideally get the full sale consideration on the same day of the registration through the banking channel, such as RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, or by bankers' cheque, and not accept any large cash consideration. One should ensure that the money has been deposited in their bank account before handing over possession or executing the sale deeds. In case the other party needs to take a loan, one must ensure that they arrange for the money to be paid directly into your account on the day of registration. The original sale deeds must not be handed over until one receives the total sum in the bank account.
I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.
