► सर मेरे केस ((Case CNR No.PBSAB10011862022 ) में मैंने 91 Crpc जो की अब 94 बी.एन.एस .एस बन गयी है उसमें एप्लीकेशन मूव की थी कोर्ट में जो ना Allow हुई ना ही Dismiss मेरा केस 2.5 साल चला और जज साहब ने पूरा केस ही उड़ा दिया न्यायक्षेत्र के आधार पर 2.5 साल के बादअगर जज साहब ने ज्यूरिडिक्शन के आधार पर मेरा केस उड़ाना ही था तो केस को 2.5 साल क्यों खींचाइस सूरत में मैं क्या करूं ?

Dear Sir,
It was rejected on the ground of jurisdiction. You are at liberty to approach the concerned court/police station having TERRITORIAL jurisdiction.

appropriate court in Chandigarh. ...."

If a speaking order is passed on such application then you have to approach either Sessions Court or to the High Court challenging such order.
