But recently because of the strained relationship with my mother, she is going to the lawyer with the house deed, I don't know what she wants to do. Can anyone tell me what he's trying to do? Is there any way he can make a name for himself in this house? Some kind of false legal case was filed in my name so that he could take the house in her own name.

In joint ownership, neither can transfer entire house alone. She may seek partition or allege misconduct. False case cannot divest your share without due legal process.
