► I have one Question regarding Right for Women , My Father Passed away in 2024 ,and my House in which my parent are staying alone fr 20 yr this house property is owned by my mother in 1976 , we are Two brothere both are not residing in house fr they are married and start earning ,but in 2022 my small Brother staying in the same premises with his second wife , and after death in 2026 she file a civil suits in district court for the 1/3 right in same house ,but he never keep mother happy and he beat also ,not given proper food , behaviour is also not good with mother and he has stolen all the gold arguments fr the mother then he asked help fr his first son to interfere in this matter ,Now mother want that I will not give any right in House and saying he will give to all this to nati potte not this is second son ,can she legally fight in court for her right as she is 79 yr old please guide me how I can help my mother in this situation
