► I am govt employee with 60k salary n wife with no job n 1child .. she don't have any property on her name but her parents are rich ...we just lived 6 months together n she left for pregnancy n never come after 3yrs..too..now she has filed DV case.. I have 1bhk in pune under construction n at village 10 acre land on 5 people jointly named...how much interim may be decided..I know some say 25% to 33% ...I don't have any other income except job ..in personal she don't want divorce n just want maintenance with no divorce deadlock ...her demand in petition is 50k monthly plus 90Lk ots n said in it i have 1.5Lk salary..also said i have agri income of 25Lk which is not even 50k annual..how to get her to reasonable amount??..any possibility of settlement in Mediation or contested divorce will go on till 5 to 10 yrs??..
