Name registered in Property document differ from Proof of identity

► My mother name registered in her property document is totally different from the Proof of identity. EB , Property tax and water tax are registered as name in the property document . And also other one EB , Property tax and water tax are registered in the name as in Proof of identity. What is the solution to this problem. I have to transfer this property as gift deed in my name.(Registration year:1986)
