► My mother had only one house which needs to be partitioned to 5 legal heirs.
1. W1
2. M1
3. M2
4. M3
5. W2
The house dimensions are 16(width)x 100(length). And it is West facing. How it should be legally partitioned. What will be the order to be partitioned. And the size of each partition should remain same or it should be partitioned as per sqft rate or land value. All my partitioners are planning to betray me by partitioning 12x20 dimensions for each partitioner leaving 4x100 as common pathway as I am the last person. Is this legally correct or each partitions should change according the land value.
Pleas advise.

Dear Sir,
Prepare a registered family settlement deed.
Ensure:
Valuation done by local surveyor
Each party gets equal monetary value share (not just same size).
Compensations can be in the form of additional area or cash adjustments.
