Dear Client, as per your query, In order to complain about salary issues, you can email query@meesho.com or help@meesho.com, where you will be stating your employee ID, your name, and the time period for which you have not received your salary. Then, if there is no response, you can complain to the Grievance Officer or issue a legal notice through a lawyer or Voxya to the registered office of Meesho, demanding payment within 15 days. If there is no response, you can complain to the Labour Commissioner of your area or use the e-Daakhil portal to complain to a Consumer Forum against ‘deficiency of service.’ To take quicker action, you can complain to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) to mediate between you and the company. I hope this answer is helpful. In case of further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank You.
Dear Ms. Nirupama Chakma,
Thank you for sharing the details.
If your salary from Meesho has not been received, the following legal steps can be taken:
Internal HR Complaint:
First, send a written email to the HR department of the company (Meesho) requesting the release of your pending salary and keep a record of the communication.
Legal Notice:
If the company does not respond or refuses to pay, the next step is to send a formal legal notice through an advocate demanding payment of the pending salary within a specified time.
Labour Authority Complaint:
You may also file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner / Labour Department in your jurisdiction under the applicable labour laws for non-payment of wages.
Legal Proceedings:
If the issue is still unresolved, legal proceedings can be initiated before the appropriate labour authority or court for recovery of your unpaid salary.
Please share the following details so that I can guide you further or draft a legal notice if required:
Appointment letter or offer letter
Salary slip (if available)
Bank statement showing non-payment
Last working date / employment details
Once these documents are reviewed, we can proceed with the appropriate legal action.
Regards,
Advocate Manoj Sharma ( Lucknow)
