► A vendor supplied 25 boxes of goods against billed quantity of 100 Boxes to a Govt.Company personally via his owned maruti car and obtained excess payment of 75 boxes. This was recorded in the Material Register after a check by CISF at the Entry Gate which formed the sole basis for CBI to file a chargesheet indicting some employees and the vendor.During trial it was pointed out that even 25 Boxes(All are of identical weight & Size) could not be accomodated in a maruti car but in a truck only. The prosecution could not prove otherwise, still the cbi convicted all accused. Thus the entry made by cisf itself becomes fabricated.

File appropriate Appeal in the appellate court pointing out defects in evidential material including its insufficiency. Probably you have good case to win. If needed please contact with the case papers. Thanks 🙏

Dear Sir, You are having a good case on merits just go in Appeal and see that conviction is set aside.
