► Sir, a case has been registered by ACB and chargesheet was filled. When I see the case status the case no. has been allotted by the court under special case. Status is " the case is to be open by prosecution". Has the court taken the cognizance? The sanction was not enclosed in chargesheet. Can I go for quashing?
