► I filed a consumer case on e-jagriti portal. All documents were attached mentioning no. on pages. In index proforma, I had filled up the reference pages of all documents. After scrutiny, I have been asked to submit the complaint in prescribed pro-forma and affix the applicant photo on notarized affidavit. My query is that whether I have to attach filled proforma in the last or repaging whole documents and update Index?
