► I have recently booked flat in godrej gr noida in project Godrej Arden. I have 10% of application form . They have given a unfilled booking form that I have signed now they threatening me to fortified amount if I cancel the flat no bba signed no allotment letter received and since 21 st I am following up for cancellation and no revert post that and today I got revert regarding may fortified. I need legal advice if they try to fortified or not
