► I have sold 1.73 acre of land to developer of which retained 43cents.inthat i sold 21 cents to my brothers wife. She also got survey no. For that. Now we are trying to buy that 21cents sold to her. Registrar refused to register stating the developer has used her survey no. For 58 sites and therefore she approached RI and subdivided her 22 cents into 11&10 bearing survey no. 54 /2B1 and 2B2.again we approached registrar but again he is refusing to register the plot and asking u to change the no. Into some other alpha numeric which the tahsildae, vao and surveyor says impossible. Kindly guide me the exact problem and if there are any legal issues to be addressed
