► We are 2 daughters to our elderly father & our father’s elder brother has a son We had an unmarried aunt who had property(paternal ancestral property she got after partition) now she is dead without a will her property is to be divided between our uncle & my father But our uncle is trying to postpone division of her property someone said he is doing that because if my father passes away before partition of our aunt’s property then we as daughters won’t get her property only his(uncle’s) son get her property is it TRUE? If my father passes away before her property partition will we not get our share?
