► I have a land which is ancestors property of my family since forefathers to construct my house, I have all related documents but the side land is not registered legally, but the same was registered in village governing body,
But at present, gram sarpanch is creating problem for us by saying as we do not have any right on such property since it is belongs to grama kantam, and he is not allowing us to construct our house on such land
So, by considering above, please advise us about what is our situation in this case, how can we get relief and ownership of our property
