► I applied for a home loan for the reconstruction of an existing house.
I am a salaried employee, and initially, the property was registered under my father’s name. As per the bank’s requirement, my father has now legally transferred the property ownership to me, and the same has been updated in the City Survey records.
I would like to clarify that the property is quite old and was previously divided between my father and his brother. At that time, the division was done through a notarized agreement. The portion on which I am planning reconstruction belongs solely to my father (now transferred to me), and there is no dispute regarding this share.
All necessary documents, including property registration, ownership transfer, and other required papers, have already been submitted.
I kindly request you to review my case and confirm whether this property status is acceptable for home loan approval from SBI. Please let me know if any additional documents or clarification are required.
