► hi, we live in mathura , Uttar Pradesh My father are 5 brothers. My grandfather has passed away. We all live in a single house where portions are divided for each brother. But we want partition as the house is not good condition & we don’t want to build new house there. But no one else wants partition. We want to file suit in district court but not have much knowledge about court fees. Also my father is a senior citizen now hence , there is limitation on money. Please advice on court fees part & how we can file a suit for partition?
