► My grandfather got registered gifted society deed for social service purpose in sub registrar office in cuddalore as he a sole executive member mentioned in the deed in 1968. The society were registered in district registarar office in chennai. Now all the members of society we're died . My father is alive he is the sole legal heir now for the society, rest of the society members details we dont where they are staying for so long time and now . We got natham patta private land in the name of society in 1996. Society were not renewed more than 30 years . We are running that society with our own money still now doing social service now also. We are paying the eb and property tax , right now with the help of legal heir certificate we applied patta and changed the patta from society to my grandpa after that now to my father name , at this point of time we not interested to continue as society so that we planned to do this service as public or private trust. So shall i start new trust deed in that society address as trust office address to run a society as trust with legal entity of all 12a 80g , later shall we transfer the society property into our new trust? Is this possible? Or any offense kindly give a detailed steps to move further?
