Appoint a licensed government surveyor or private surveyor to physically measure both properties and create a correct sketch based on title documents.
This sketch will show the actual extent and boundaries of both the gifted and purchased properties.
Obtain a survey report or location sketch (tippani map or phodi map) from the land records department.
