► I have purchased 25 boxes of tiles from a store and as agreed with the store owners if any of the box is not used then we can return them and they will return the money. I have returned the unused 5 boxes for which the return amount is 3050 and he has given the return slip with the mentioned amount rupee 3050 and he told to return the amount next day via UPI but he didn't return the amount. He further told that he will send his representative to my house and return the cash, I have shared the location, but his representative didn't come to home. Now it's been more than a month and amount is not yet returned. Can I raise a complaint against him?
