If the college continues to insist on payment of the entire course fee or refuses to return your original documents, you may approach the concerned University, the Karnataka State Nursing Council, the Higher Education authorities, or seek appropriate legal remedies before the Consumer Commission or other competent forum that is High Court by filing a Writ Petition.
