I had taken from the nbfc app but one of my friend had paid the loan penalty from the bank funds as my friend is working in Bank he used bank funds and paid the penalty later the bank which my friend is working reported the TXN as fraud , and loan is closed after i cleared the dues. But the payment gateway team while processing the refund saying the AMLOCK in my pan and unable to process my refund,i have not received any police complaint or case or fir till now but how to remove AMLOCK report from my pan.I have not received any communication from my bank where AMLOCK is reported.
