Dear Client,

As both of you are Hindus, over the age of 25 years, unmarried, and are not related by blood relation, you do not come under any legal restrictions from having a live-in relationship with each other in India. Though the signing of live-in relationship agreement is not mandatory, you can enter into a written agreement on stamp paper that you are above the age of majority, that you wish to enter into the relationship voluntarily, that you wish to share the cost and accommodation and all the other details that you agree to mutually as far as finance, household affairs, privacy, property ownership, and termination of the relationship in case either of you wishes to terminate the agreement, but this agreement should not include anything contrary to law or public policy. In case both of you decide to live in a rented flat, make sure that the owner is made aware of the fact that both of you will reside together in the same flat and both of your names are on the rent agreement, if possible.

I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.
