Dear Client,
I understand your query. The answer to your query is that you must check whether your divorce documents contain the Judge's signature and the official stamp of the Court. If this is present, then the divorce documents are legal and valid; if not, then you shall contact us for further help in your matter

Dear Client,
Divorce papers must legally be formal decrees issued in accordance with the law. Under the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955, valid papers usually include the court’s official seal, the signature of the judge, and a case number. Notarised agreements and affidavits on stamp paper do not constitute divorce documents. Since the paper can’t physically be looked at, an absolute conclusion can’t be drawn about the legality of the papers. It is best to take the paper to your lawyer for the authentication of the papers. I hope this answer helps. If you have any further query kindly do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you
