► I got married on 25th feb 2026. Stayed with my in laws and husband for just 20 days. I had taken marriage loan of 7 lac to bear their expenses and i pay the rent of the house where i used to stay with my in lwas and husband. My mother in law kept provoking him and creating diaputes and he used to mentally psychologically torturing me for behaving like a puppet to his mother which i was respectfully denying. She went on provoking him from behind and would pretend as if she knew nothing. I got tortured and had to leave his home to cope with msntal pressure. My job was suffering my life was suffering. It has been 5 months now, he asks me to comw back home and once i agree to come back he starts forcing me to talk to his mother and apologise to her. Finally i decided this is never ending and asked him to stay separately with me while looking after his mother and sister. He denied. And changed statements every 2 days. This kept on further increasing mental stress. Now that i said i am ready to live with family but i cant go back to that place because it was too toxic and we ll stay somewhere else he is not ready either for that. Also his mother and sister takes away all his money and i am paying the loan emi and rent alone. And he keeps protrcting his mother blindly. I sent a legal notice to him saying that i want you to fulfil your duties and give me a dignified married life. But to no use. Now i want to file restitution through court against him because i want to stay with him but my mother in law doesnt want me to stay happily with him. Even if i go back these things will repeat
