The Purchaser hereby declare, confirm on oath that he/she/they will not claim
any further FSI or claim in any FSI over and above their flat premises carpet
area in case of any increment in the FSI by any way or due to amalgamation of 11
Developer Member/s
the society plot with the adjacent plot premises for the purpose of
redevelopment or future construction. The entire FSI shall belong to the
Developers only and the developer can dispose it off in any manner what so
ever he may deem fit for.
