Dear Kanhaiya Thakur ji,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your difficult situation. I truly understand the stress you are going through, especially with your wife’s upcoming delivery and financial pressure due to unpaid salary and house rent.

Please be assured that there are legal remedies available to help you recover your pending salary and protect your rights as a worker in Haryana.

Legal Remedies Available to You:

1. Send a Legal Notice to the Company:

As your advocate, I can draft and send a strict legal notice to your company demanding the payment of your full pending salary.

This notice will create pressure on the employer and legally warn them of the consequences of non-payment.

2. File a Complaint with the Labour Commissioner, Gurgaon:

You can file a complaint under labour laws for non-payment of wages with the Labour Commissioner’s Office in Gurgaon.

I will help you prepare all documents and file the complaint properly.

3. Approach the Local Police or File NCR:

If the company is intentionally harassing or threatening you when you ask for your salary, a complaint can be made to the local police station at Kherki Daula, Gurgaon.

4. File a Case Before Labour Court:

If the issue is not resolved even after the legal notice and complaint, we can file a case before the Labour Court, demanding:

Full pending salary

Compensation

Legal expenses

Documents I’ll Need:

Appointment letter / ID card (if any)

Salary slips (if available)

WhatsApp chats / messages regarding your job

Company name, address, and HR contact details

Next Step:

Please contact me immediately with these details. I will help you recover your salary through proper legal action, without delay. You do not need to worry — justice is on your side, and I will support you throughout.

Take care of your wife and stay strong. You are not alone.

Warm regards,
Sanjana Basak
(Advocate)

Aap labour officer ko shikayat kar sakte hain. Aap company ko notice de kar apni salary ki mang kar sakte hain aur agar salary nahin milti hai to labour adhikari ke samne shikayat kar sakte hain.
