5. Whether the case is at the stage of first appearance, plea, evidence, or warrant execution.
6. Date of the order, if any, directing the accused to obtain bail.
7. Cheque amount.
8. Whether the accused was previously absent and a NBW has been issued.
9. Any special grounds—for example, illness, settlement negotiations, lack of proper service of summons, or bona fide reason for absence.
