I understand your concern. Based on your legal query, I suggest that before vacating the room you need to understand who legally owns the property. If the property is solely being transferred to you then you have every legal right to evict the younger brother and your widow sister in-law from the property, otherwise if there is no will left by your deceased father then your younger brother and widow sister-in-law also have legal claim over the property.
You can send a legal notice to the younger brother and your widow sister-in-law to vacate the possession within 15 days of notice.
You can also file a suit for partition and for separate possession in case they do not vacate the possession. Along with this you can also file for temporary injunction to create a stay on the suit property and will prevent them from further altering the suit property.
