Dear Client based on your question,

If a Hindu unmarried man dies intestate, his mother inherits the entire property as per the Class I heir; siblings have no rights if the mother is alive.

The mother's decision is final after she becomes the legal owner, whereas a property received via a settlement deed from the father is treated as self-acquired.

If a man dies intestate then his class-1 legal heirs are:- his wife, children and mother.

1.  Yes, children of deceased man are class-1 legal heir.

2. If children are minor, then mother have to take permission of court to make sale of property in which minor children too being class-1 legal heirs have share.

3. It would be counted as self acquired property and legal position would remain same.
