► Sir, after father's demise 2 son n 2 married daughters left. Now brothers wanted to sell house (father's name ).
Sister's has given NOC on notary stamp 10rupees with adhaar id. Is it valid to brother get property mutation in their name.
If I want to buy, will sister will ever can claim again even after she given in writing in notary stamp .
