► I took a pre approved personal loan of Rs 60000 from kotak in 2021, which I paid only 2 emi and after that the loan defaulted. Now kotak filed a civil suit against me in November 2025 under the criminal clause of BNS.What did you want me to do? I asked him to settle for Rs 18000 but he didn't agree and I live in Delhi, the case was registered in Calcutta. Please guide me.
