► Incase of false allegations of infidelity what is the Alimony status.
If I want to stay separate will I get immediate alimony? As now all finances are in husband's control. How to live till alimony begins. Need advise. I have asked for minimum amount monthly if he wants me back. But husband not agreeing to give more than the actual normal expenditure.

No. you can ask by filing application for interim maintenance from court. Husband is not bound to accept your demand and he is free to take his own stand.
