► We have made agreement with a person on land by giving 20 lakhs. He gave a cheque mentioning 20L on cheque and signed normal agreement for 3 months and he promised that he will give 25 L. But it has been 1 year he is passing time .everytime he is taking 2 days time. Tell us what to do
