► Sir, I want apply for share in my ancestors property ( Nana nani) even my mother and father are no more now. My Nana Nani had 3 children (2 daughter 1 son) in which 1 daughter was my mother. Sadly she is no more, even all 3 children of nana nani was no more now so can the relative of childrens (like husband, daughters, son, wife) may apply for property share. Nana nani passed away 45 years ago. 1 daugter of nana is passed 8 years ago and 1 son and 1 another daughter passed recently. Pl. Advice what we can do in this case.

Property owned by nana and nani are not ancestral property. On death of their children i.e. daughters and son, their class-1 legal heirs are entitled to have equal share in the respective shares of each deceased class-1 legal heirs of deceased nana and nani.
