Just after 3 months of married, my wife go for her parents home and didn’t came back. She is living with her parents from last 5 months And now she says that she don’t want to come and want to take divorce.
She is giving the silly silly reason for this divorce.
There is also more thing which I can’t write. That’s why I want to discuss on call.

For filing divorce minimum one year after marriage is required to be lapsed. You can file annulment of marriage. For rest you may consult with detail.
