► X purchased land adjacent to a corner land which is South facing road with sale deed wrongly mentioned of corner land, west village main road, south, road, east remaining land of same survey No, north private property. Seller sold X property to Y after a six month with boundary west by X property, south road, north private property, east property of A. Y availed joint patta and made MOTD registration for loan X and seller executed a rectification deed after three year and obtained subdivision patta without Y knowledge. Seller sold corner site to Z next day after rectification date. Seller tells the sale to Y was mistake. Who holds title of property. Pls advice
