► A property was purchased by father in the name of his elder son (as a token of love) but actually property belongs to father huf and the payment was made from his younger son account. Now elder son is not taking care of his father and rest all the family . Father filed a civil suit againest his elder son in civil court. Property is in possession of father. Question:- in these conditions can father do a will in favour of his younger son subject to court judgement.

Yes, father can take back the property. Father and mother can also claim maintenance.
