► Sir, I was included in the Rank list of Kerala PSC that was published in 2020 Feb and cancelled in 2023 Feb for Clerks in Various Apex Coop in Kerala. Qln was B Com Coop .My Qlns: B Com Coop , DCA , M Com .My Concern is an Apex Coop firm "reported 11 clerical vacancies to PSC in 2020 June" and withdrew the vacancies after 2 months saying qualification changed as B Com Cooperation & DCA . They called for new notification in the same year through PSC. I can't apply it as I am over aged at that time. For which exam was conducted and rank list was published .It was cancelled within 1 year. As per latest RTI, at present there are 25 temporary employees working in the same post WITHOUT NO PROPER QUALIFICATION.I filed a suit on the same in 2023 , pointing out that the withdrawal of reported vacancies is unjust and arbitrary. My case is still pending for 2 years. Please give legal advice in this subject. Any chance to get favourable orders? If I fail in HC , will there be any chance in SC? Pls excuse phone calls.
