► Hi,
I and one more lady are feeding 5 stray cats in society from last 2 years. Noone in my society objected to this. I am feeding them in my balcony not in society common area.One newly shifted tenant who is also lawyer is complaining about cats of peeing and pooping in front of his door and threatening to take legal action and charges.
What are my constitutional rights about this. Can I be held responsible for cat's actions in society.
