► My brother has self interest in his property but no rights to sell and gift it to others and his kids have right to do so other legal heirs have no right on it as per the will made by my father . My father gifted it to my brother. He has no children.Now his age is 60 the govt certified that in future also he won't able to have kids. By showing that certificate as proof he made a gift deed( full rights)on his wife's name . Now the wife is selling it to third party. So as younger brother what action can be taken against him
1. The gift deed made on his wife's name valid?
2. My brother having no rights how can he gift it to his wife?
3 now to stop such registration what action I should take sir ?
