► In the undertaking of pre-registration summary, it is written that if anything happens to the property post-registration, it would come under seller, which is generally not the case. In this specific case, the property might get extended later (currently a DDA flat). So, according to the undertaking, if this extension is called off, it would include me in the commotion as well. So is it an issue for me or not?
